Thank you for choosing Valor Communities. From the inside and out, the Valor team strives to design, and craft a home to the highest standards in the industry. Still, there will be components and materials within your new home that will require maintenance and additional care. That comes from using real, organic products that contain moisture, just as they do in their natural environments. To address these normal and anticipated acclimatization scenarios, your home comes with two Complimentary Service Days, at approximately the second and tenth month of your home ownership. To make certain Valor fully addresses the warrantable items that need attention, please follow these steps for any warranty requests:

All warranty requests must be submitted to the 2-10 Warranty Company using this process:

Sign In

Go to 2-10.com and select Sign In. If you are a first time user, choose Register/Create Account under the Homeowner tab and click on Register my Structural Warranty*.

Create Service Request

Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request. When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.

New Home Warranty

48 HOUR PROCESSING

The FRONTLINE 2-10 warranty team will process your warranty request within 48 hours. They will notify you if your warranty requests are warrantable.

After the FRONTLINE 2-10 team has processed your request, a Valor Communities customer care representative will schedule your warrantable requests for your complimentary 2 or 10 month service appointment.

EMERGENCY REQUESTS

Emergency requests such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC will be expedited if you call the emergency numbers located on your electrical panel.

While we partner with the 2-10 Warranty Company to manage warranty requests, all of your Complimentary Service Days will be conducted under the guidance of the award winning Valor Customer Care Team.
